The Specialty Washed lot represents Gravfarm’s highest‑grade washed selection. Only perfectly ripe cherries are hand‑picked, fully washed and meticulously sorted to ensure uniformity. The resulting cup balances structure with sweetness: bittersweet chocolate and cacao‑nib notes anchor the flavour, while cherry and caramel add brightness; honey and malt lend depth, and a hint of cinnamon and spice lingers on the finish.
