This slow, oxygen‑free fermentation enhances fruit complexity while retaining the inherent sweetness of the Sigararutang and Lini S‑795 cultivars. When roasted, the cup bursts with layers of honey, grape and strawberry backed by caramel, vanilla and warming spices.
