Hand‑picked cherries are washed and sun‑dried until the moisture reaches about 12 %. Expect heavy body with notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts and molasses, complemented by earthy spice and a pleasant low acidity—an excellent choice for espresso blends or a traditional Indonesian coffee experience.
